Front Yard Landscaping & Driveway Reseal
Problem: The property already had a driveway, but the front yard was not properly landscaped and needed levelling before turf could be installed.
What Arletos Did: Arletos levelled the front yard, added topsoil, laid new turf and finished the existing driveway with two coats of ColorSeal to refresh the surface.
Result: A much cleaner and more polished street frontage, with a levelled lawn area and a driveway that looks fresh, neat and well maintained.

Street Front Concrete Sleeper Retaining Wall
Problem: The original brick retaining wall at the front of the property was collapsing and had been temporarily braced, creating an unsafe and untidy street frontage.
What Arletos Did: Arletos removed the old brick wall, checked for underground services, drilled and concreted new posts, installed a concrete sleeper retaining wall and added proper drainage using ag line, geotech fabric and blue metal backfill.
Result: A stronger, cleaner and more presentable retaining wall that solved the collapsing wall issue and gave the property a safer street frontage.

Side Access Driveway with Stormwater Drainage
Problem: The side of the property was muddy, uneven and difficult to use, with no practical vehicle access to the backyard and nowhere suitable for stormwater to drain.
What Arletos Did: Arletos levelled the area, concreted the side access driveway and installed a channel grate system connected to stormwater, helping direct water away from the house.
Result: A clean, low-maintenance concrete access way that allows vehicles to reach the backyard while managing water properly around the property.
